Unique seaside villa with private ocean access
The sea side villa on Curacao is one of the most beautiful places in Curacao. With a terrace above the sea, this is really paradise on earth!
The Villa is located on the rocks "directly" at the sea and has a terrace which is "above" the sea. From the terrace you can go with a private stairway to the sea, where you can snorkel and dive. At 50 meters from the house you will find a small beach from where you can easily reach the sea (especially as a dive site) so your dive into the sea can easily bottles.
The house is on the border of a small town called Sint Michiel. (not a tourist center). Within 10 minutes you will find yourself in downtown Willemstad. At 5 minutes from the Sea Side Villa is a large supermarket. And right in front of the house (private staircase to the Ocean) is one of the top dive sites (Snake Bay) of Curacao.
The house can be best described as an authentic and cozy home. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and utility room. But the real home is outside.
The Villa is perfect for 2 to 4 persons as well for 6 to 8 persons. It's a cozy place which will be not too big for 2 persons and - because of the extra hidden space - also easily used to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed and one bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Additional amenities include: coffee maker, hair dryer, highchair, fan / extractor, cd player, patio/deck/terrace, parking - on-street, gas, kitchen utensils provided, shower, water kettle, smoking allowed outside, iron, bed linen provided, ironing board.
Sint Michiel is a small fishing village lying at the south end of Bullenbaai bay on the west coast of Curaçao. It is located 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) to the northwest of the island's main center, Willemstad. The St. Michiel Bay is locally known as "Boca Sami" and is situated between the much smaller Blue Bay and Vaersenbaai. Vaersen Bay used to be the Curacao Police recreational facility. It is now the popular Beach Club Kokomo Beach Curacao.
The bay was once defended by 2 WIC forts. Ruins of the main fort are still visible. These forts provided protection from French pirates and the British Navy though they were occupied by both in the 18th and early 19th Century.
Please note our rate is inclusive of water, gas and WIFI. Electricity is not included and will cost € 0,50 per KwH.
Our thumb rule for use of electricity is 15 KwH per room per night, provided the a/c runs for 8 hours at 25 degrees Celsius.
Please note this is an outdoor property, so occasional encounter with local habitat might occur.
