This luxury villa with sea view is located in the secure residential area of Jan Sofat (Jan Thiel). The villa is a 5-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach.

The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 luxurious bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Here is also the large porch and swimming pool. Downstairs are 2 large studios, each with a private terrace. Here is also the gym and pool room.

The luxury villa has 400m2 living space and is located on the highest point of Jan Sofat. As a result, the house has a magnificent view and there is always a cooling breeze. Through the open shutter doors you enter the very spacious living space. The kitchen has a cooking island, a luxury Smeg stove with oven, a gas burner and 2 double American fridges with water supply and automatic ice cube freshener.

The seating area consists of 2 large lounge sofas with an 86-inch TV, of course including an extensive channel package.

On this floor there is also a spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and 3 spacious bedrooms. The master has its own bathroom and walking closet. The other 2 bedrooms share a large, luxurious bathroom.

From the living room you have a great view of the porch and swimming pool with views to the Spanish Water and the sea.

On the large porch there is a lounge corner and a 3.5 meter long dining table with 12 chairs.

At the pool there are 2 large lounge beds and a cozy lounge corner.

Through the front garden you can go to the lower floor via a path on both sides of the house. Down stairs you will find 2 large studio's with kitchen, bathroom and a private, covered terrace. Through the hallway you can go to the gym and the pool room.

In the front garden is a spacious terrace with a lounge area and a large BBQ that can be used on both coal and gas. Under the carport there is room for 2 cars.

Please note: there is also a mandatory cleaning every 7 days. The cost of this is 150 USD.

Please note: our rate is inclusive of 60 KwH per day. Additional consumption will be charged for € 0.50 per KwH.

Guests must approve the above terms and the house rules before check-in. Information will be emailed from the host to the guest for approval. The guest must therefore provide an email address.
