In the tropical garden, around the specially designed infinity pool, the helm grass grows and hibiscus and bougainvillea play a colorful game.
The palapas offer pleasant cooling. When the evening falls, the atmospheric light with the Bohemian accents give this resort a fairy tale-like glow.

BOAT TRIP TO KLEIN CURACAO
Klein Curacao is a small uninhabited island south-east of Curacao. The beach here is pearl white and the sea an overwhelming shade of blue. Here you can enjoy great snorkeling, swimming, diving, sunbathing and even walks on the island. Various organizations arrange day trips to Klein Curacao.
DOLPHIN ACADAMY
At the Dolphin Academy, it is possible to swim with dolphins. The accompanying trainers explain the various hand signals the dolphins respond to. This provides enchanting scenes with waving and singing dolphins, especially for you. Would you rather meet the dolphins instead of swimming with them? That is: pat, hug and kiss a dolphin and learn everything about him or her. That is also a possibility!
DIVING
Underwater Curacao is at least as beautiful as above the water. Divers come from all over the world to admire the swaying corals, multicolored tropical fish and fascinating shipwrecks. Some beautiful dive sites near your apartment are the tugboat in the peninsula of the Caracas Bay, where a sunken tugboat accommodates a rainbow of fish but also the house reef of Jan Thiel Beach, where you can explore a beautiful steep drop-off near to the beach.
HIKING AND MOUNTAIN BIKING
On foot or by bike, you will discover a different side of the island. In the nearby salt pans of Jan Thiel, the rugged nature is revealed in all its beauty. Here you will find lagoons, cliffs, tropical birds and many panoramic views. Sometimes, moon walks are organised. Mountain bikers can indulge themselves in the salt pans: the 2006 world championship was even held here.
WATERSPORTS
A day on the water here is incredibly inspiring. Whether you rent a sailboat, a sunset cruise or tak a trip on a party boat, a day trip go to Klein Curacao, go windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swim a bit, Jan Thiel makes everything accessible and highly enjoyable.
DANCING
Get your feet off the floor to the sounds of salsa, merengue, bachata and of course European dance music. There are many places playing live music and international artists like to pay a visit to the island.
