Casa Pasha is located on a hill, This property exists of three apartments and one Villa. Apartment Tiara offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with beautiful natural surroundings. From this elevated setting, you’ll enjoy sweeping views over the salt pans, green valleys, and the ocean in the distance.

This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for guests who appreciate a bit more separation of space. It features a cozy living room, a separate kitchen, and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom—making it perfect for longer stays or a more home-like feel.

With its own private entrance, Tiara is part of a larger villa but designed to offer independence and privacy, the on-site parking is shared. The apartment comes fully equipped with WiFi, bed linen, towels, and beach towels.

Step outside and take in the view or cool off in the shared pool, which is used by only two other apartments. The atmosphere remains quiet and intimate, while guests in the main villa have their own private pool.

While the setting feels peaceful and tucked away, you’re only a 10-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach, where you’ll find popular beach clubs, restaurants, a casino, spa and shops.

Please note that there is construction at a neighboring villa. While occasional daytime activity may be noticeable, any disturbance is expected to be minimal.

Practical Information:

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
