Part of a larger villa, the apartment has its own private entrance and a cozy, well-designed layout. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living area with a comfortable lounge sofa and an open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. The space feels fresh, practical, and easy to settle into—whether you’re staying for a few days or longer.

The bedroom is set up for a restful stay, featuring a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. It connects directly to a modern ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, offering both comfort and privacy.

Outside, the apartment opens onto a charming front terrace, located just steps from the shared pool. Here, you can unwind on the lounge sofa under a shade sail or enjoy meals at the cozy dining table beneath a small palapa—an inviting spot to start or end your day. The pool is shared with just one other apartment, creating a quiet and intimate atmosphere, while guests staying in the main villa have their own separate pool.

The apartment is rented independently from the villa above, ensuring a sense of privacy for all guests. Parking is shared on-site with other residents, and the property is fully equipped with WIFI, as well as bed linen, towels, and beach towels for your convenience.

Practical Information:

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
