As a guest, you are welcome to use the large communal swimming pool of Marbella Estate, located just a short walk from the apartment. The gated villa park provides a safe, friendly environment with controlled access through two security gates.
Situated only moments from the scenic Spanish Water and near the vibrant Jan Thiel Beach, the location is ideal for enjoying everything Curaçao has to offer—at a very attractive rate.

Practical Information:
Above the apartment is a separate private villa, which is also rented out. Each accommodation has its own independent entrance. If you're traveling with a larger group, both the villa and the apartment can be booked together, offering 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests.
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
